Ingredienti
  • 100gr Rice flour
  • 1pz Egg
  • 1glass MilkAmbient temperature
  • 15gr Sugar
  • 1teaspoon Seed oil
  • 1pz YeastEnough
  • 1pz ButterEnough
  • 1 Pinch of salt
Istruzioni
  1. Preparation of the batter: in a bowl mix the rice flour, the sugar and a pinch of salt, shell an egg and whisk with a whisk. Add a tablespoon of oil, soy milk and some Greek yogurt.
  2. Add a teaspoon of baking powder and mix with a whisk. Cover and let stand for 2 hours at room temperature. In a very hot non-stick pan, melt a knob of butter and pour the batter into it, letting it spread into a disc.
  3. Cook the pancake on both sides without coloring it too much, turning it with a spatula. The pancake is ready to be served hot with jams, syrups or chocolate spread.
