Brandy Egg Nog, also known as lait de poule (chicken milk), is a drink born in Britain in 1700.
Entry into the Christmas tradition of the English-speaking countries.
Its inventor was Carl Joannessons, a London bartender who, in order to temper his customers from the cold of the winter days, developed this very original and tasty cocktail!

The main ingredients are milk, a choice of rum, brandy or whiskey, nutmeg and of course the Fattoria Casetta Rossa eggs.

In the USA it is traditional to serve it during the Christmas holidays, but it has now become part of international cocktails.

Preparazione
  1. Preparate un bicchiere e riponetelo in freezer per qualche minuto. Versate gli ingredienti in uno shaker con qualche cubetto di ghiaccio e agitate energicamente per una quindicina di secondi. Versate il contenuto nel bicchiere ghiacciato. Aiutatevi con un colino per evitare di versare anche le scaglie di ghiaccio. Finite il drink con una spolverata di noce moscata o di cannella. Egg Nog al Brandy è pronto! Salute!
  2. Prepare a glass and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. Pour the ingredients into a shaker with a few ice cubes and shake vigorously for about fifteen seconds. Pour the contents into the frozen glass. Help yourself with a strainer to avoid pouring even the flakes of ice. Finish the drink with a sprinkling of nutmeg or cinnamon. Brandy Egg Nog is ready! Health!
Recipe Notes

There are several variations of the Eggnog cocktail, depending on personal tastes.
It can be prepared with Marsala wine, raisin wine and also with Rum or Whiskey.
If you want a "softer" version than the classic one, just replace the milk with the cream (not mounted).
